MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_DTPWqhOPAyk/Rik4DHJNJqI/AAAAAAAAADQ/eQYUVcB64mI/s200/relais.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;El encuentro con nuestro colega Archy fue en Le Relais de Venise "Son Entrecôte".&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Le Relais de Venise fue abierto en Barcelona hara ocho años gracias al exito del restaurante en Paris y al esfuerzo de Patrick Godillot.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sirvieron un buen entrecote al estilo Relais de Venise ( la salsa no es la autentica cafe de Paris) acompañado de la clásica ensalda y de unas fantasticas patatas fritas al estilo frances.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;El vino que acompaño el entrecote fue un Señorio de Lanzan de Somontano que se adecuo, sin ser ninguna maravilla, a nuestro plato. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;La ambientación del restaurante es tipo brasserie y la camarera que nos atendio era francesa cosa que tiene su gracia, sobre todo para nuestros colegas Armengolf y Collde que pudieron practicar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;La digestión del plato, a criterio de Vips y Collde, no fue tan lenta como la del ya mítico Café de Paris que fue de 5 horas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Conclución: Le Relais de Venise se puede degustar un buen entrecote al estilo Relais de Venise, ambientación agradable pero sin el glamour que le gustaria a Borex ( ya me entendeis).La carne no al punto que se pasan y la fastidian. ( a criterio de Puij un poco salada y fuerte de pimienta.....).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Dos pequeñas quejas.....las patatas no tienen que ser al estilo parisino( aun asi eran buenas) y la otra ¿donde esta la ensalada?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Servicio: agradable al principio, demasiadas confianzas al final.( siempre pasa lo mismo, somos jovenes...y ya se sabe)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Vino: Glorioso, Reserva del 2003, un Rioja que estuvo a la altura del plato.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Conclusión:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Armengolf demostro ser un gran profesional, sus comentarios nos sorprenderan gratamente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Colde aseguro que, en base a su experiencia en el mitico Cafe de Paris de Ginebra, estamos ante un buen Entrecote Cafe de Paris.&lt;br /&gt;Puij, se nota que es de la nueva escuela, se atrevio a degustar una variante al clásico, ¿filete en vez de entrecote?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Archi experto den calidad/precio nos delego sus funciones y en su representación opinamos que el precio fue correcto.
